Changing Lives is a fascinating charity that does vital work in the areas of homelessness, domestic abuse, substance abuse, and employment issues. El Roboto won a competitive pitch to help Changing Lives develop not only visual brand guidelines, but also a consistent way to speak to a variety of audiences.
These audiences include national government, local authorities, service providers, and end-users across a variety of services. Therefore, a great deal of thought and planning was required to pitch these voices at just the right level.
We were involved from the very beginning, partnering with an excellent strategist and copywriter to redefine tone of voice, purpose, values, and messaging. We then looked at how this could be translated into branding and the delivery of key messages via guidelines for the creation of visual and written content.
Although this was a highly complex project, we were all delighted with the outcomes and to see the positive benefits that this work has brought to this incredible charity.
